Integrative Approach to Wellness

When we combine these practices—nutritional coaching, energy work, and essential oils—we create a holistic and integrative wellness plan that nourishes every aspect of your being. Together, we’ll identify where you might be out of balance and work on re-aligning your mind, body, and soul.

Whether you're seeking to improve your physical health, enhance your emotional well-being, or deepen your spiritual practice, my offerings provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to healing. Through this synergy of mind-body practices, you’ll feel supported and empowered to live your healthiest, most vibrant life.

Nutritional Coaching: Nourishing Your Whole Self

Nourishing your body is about more than just the food you eat—it’s about how you nourish your mind, body, and soul. In my approach to nutritional coaching, we begin with the foundation of "Primary Food," which includes:

  • Relationships: Exploring how your connections with others, including family, friends, and community, impact your well-being.

  • Career and Life Purpose: Understanding how your work and daily activities align with your passions, values, and sense of purpose.

  • Movement: Identifying the types of physical activity that feel energizing and enjoyable for your body.

  • Spiritual Practice: Tapping into a spiritual practice, whether it’s meditation, prayer, or another form of mindfulness that nurtures your soul.

When these areas are balanced and nourished, your "Secondary Food" (the food you eat) can truly fuel and support you in the best way possible. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Your Bio-Individuality: What works for one person may not work for another. I’ll help you discover a dietary plan tailored to your unique needs, taking into account your ancestry, body composition, lifestyle, and cravings.

  • Dietary Guidance: With so many dietary theories out there, we’ll sift through the noise and find what resonates with your body, helping you feel your best. Whether you need a specific food plan, intuitive eating tips, or guidance on creating a sustainable, nourishing eating routine, I’m here to help you discover what works for YOU.
